1. Ninjas allowed to be a sensei are the jounins and higher rank.
2. You cant ask for a sensei.
3. Only allowed to have a sensei are the Genins.
3. You must wait for jounins of higher ranked ninja to post that they are open to have a student(s).
4. You can't have a two sensei because its just not fair for the others.
